A refundable pet deposit applies:
- $300 for small pets under 25 lbs and $500 for large pets 25 lbs and over.
- Maximum three pets, please.
- Monthly fee is $25 per small pet and $35 per large pet.
Irrespective of size, certain dog breeds are restricted, including:
- Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers
- Rottweilers
- Chows
- Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Presa Canarios
- Doberman Pinschers
